Bring your sketch pad and pencils and meet up at Forest and 75 for a time to draw together.  Bring some change for chips and a drink!

Sketch Club at Chipotle Now Sat 11/19 (not Sun 11/20)

Come along for a socializing time at Chipoltle on 75 and Forest this Saturday 5:00pm to 7:00pm (or until they throw us out). 

Bring some $ for food and drink if you so desire, and your sketch book and pencils.

Wed Nov 16 - Social & Sketch

A small group of us met in the Richland Cafeteria at 2:30 to 4:30 to grab a bite together and draw a bit.

Lucas, Meranda, Ray, David, & Kevin were in attendance. Just drawing from our imagination.

We looked at the book about drawing Chibis and another book about drawing dinosaurs.

 ("Super Cute Chibis to Draw and Paint" by Joanna Zhou and "Thunder Lizards!" by Steve Miller - Watson Guptill Publications.)

Social & Sketch on W 11/9

Just a few of us getting together in the cafeteria to grab a bite, and sketch a bit.  Join us and bring a friend.

Remember your sketchbook and drawing implements. 

11-4-11 First Club Meeting

Five Students and two Advistors met in El Paso E036 on Thursday to discuss the purpose of the club, establish rules and elect club officers.

President:  Lucas Puryear

Joint Vice Presidents:  Shawn Stoker & Colby C.

Advisors:  Debbie Dunning and David Lucio of the RLC Multimedia/Game Department

Offical meetings will take place once a month.

Members may meet for social/eating events during the month.

Goals will be to try a variety of styles, study reality, draw from imagination and to do research and draw.  We will try to obtain models and do some life drawing with the funds that are available.  We may also try to arrange a trip to the zoo and use funds to assist with admission costs.
